1. No wheat, rice or high glycemic index food for 90 days
2. Have only positive interactions before 12PM and after 4PM
3. Bed in bed at 7:30PM every day

Objective: Meet likeminded people
Key Results:
1. Create 1, über useful blogpost every Saturday, share it as an audio podcast, Linkedin post and twitter thread
2. Create 1, short and opinionated audio rant every day
3. Seek out and interact with 3 likeminded people on twitter everyday
